It’s a small, intimate, curated virtual or in-person round table (12 women max) where we talk about the highs, the frustrations, and everything in between. Think of it as pulling up a chair with women who get it, swapping stories, sharing advice, and leaving with a fresh perspective (and maybe new friends).
Round Tables are designed for women 30+, though the most important factor is being open, kind, and ready for real conversation.
Pop-Up Duration & Itinerary
Each Travel Table pop-up lasts one week, and you’ll receive a full 7-day itinerary. Each day includes one main activity and one group meal meet-up. Meals are not included in the cost of the pop-up.
Flexible Arrival & Departure
Many women arrive a few days to a week early to maximize time with new friends, and some stay a few days to a week after, depending on their schedule.
Curated, Relaxed Experience
Each pop-up is designed to feel relaxed and unhurried, with curated experiences so you don’t have to worry about planning. You’ll have time to connect, explore at your own pace, and truly soak it all in.
Great question! First, you apply to join the upcoming table and answer a few simple questions. Next, we’ll have a quick phone or video chat to make sure the group is the right fit for you. If we both agree it’s a good match, you submit your payment and receive the full itinerary for the pop-up week.
You’ll also get access to:
- A directory of other attendees
- A private space to connect with the women joining
- A fun, curated week full of adventure and experiences
What’s not included: flights, meals, transportation to activities, and hotel accommodations. You’ll be responsible for arranging these on your own.
No, you don’t have to travel full-time to join. This is for women from all over the world who want to come together and share experiences with a curated group for an unforgettable adventure, though after a pop-up, you might just be inspired to travel full-time!
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage members to move friends or trusted colleagues to the front of the waitlist. Connection is always better when it’s shared. While some women enjoy traveling with a friend to try new experiences, it’s not necessary; you’ll meet amazing new people at our Round Table pop-ups.
